Managing strategic technical alliances with cloud and AI partners, the full-time Director of Partner Solutions will lead a team of Partner Solution Architects, drive integration strategies, and oversee technical engagements with major cloud providers while working remotely. Key responsibilities Own and develop Dynatrace's strategic technical alliances with prioritized cloud and AI native partner accounts Direct the team's technical engagement with AWS, Azure, and GCP partner engineering and solutions architecture organizations Collaborate with partner marketing to develop and execute joint go-to-market campaigns and ecosystem events Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience 10+ years of experience in solutions architecture, technical alliance management, or partner engineering 4+ years in a technical leadership role managing a team of solution architects or partner engineers Deep technical expertise in cloud-native architectures and hands-on experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) Proven ability to influence product roadmap at the VP/Director level based on partner ecosystem technical requirements
