Director of Paid Social — Remote Growth Leader

Bankrate is seeking a Director of Paid Social to own and scale our paid social strategy across Meta and TikTok, with responsibility for budget, measurement, and creative direction. You will lead cross-functional efforts with BI and Creative to build repeatable playbooks and drive incremental growth.

The role is open to remote or hybrid candidates (East Coast preferred) with a focus on scalable, data-driven performance and executive-level communication about trade-offs and opportunities.
