Director of Paid Media Strategy & Growth

Bully Pulpit International is seeking a Director of Paid Media to lead strategy and execution across multiple clients on the Paid Media team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and can manage complex campaigns with high accountability, quality, and results.

You will independently manage end-to-end ads, develop data-backed media plans, present insights to clients, mentor teammates, and help drive agency growth while coordinating with cross-functional groups.
