Manasquan River Golf Club is looking to hire their next Director of Outside Operations. The current Director of Outside Operations will be transitioning into a new role here at the club. Manasquan River Golf Club prides itself on creating a FAMILY style culture for all of its employees.
Experience Required
Experience working at a high-end private club within the Golf Operations is preferred.
Essential Responsibilities
The responsibilities will include the following:
- Managing a Caddie Yard of over 100 Caddies
- Training new Caddies
- Receiving Feedback from Members on Caddies
- Helping MRGC Management Team create best possible experience for all members and guests
- Manage Staff Scheduling for all Outside Operations Staff
