Director of Out-of-District Placements & Transitions

ReNEW Schools in Hartford seeks a Director of Out-of-District Placements for the Office of Special Education. This role leads the Out-of-District Specialists, oversees placement reviews, and ensures services align with IEP, FAPE, and LRE.

You will coordinate with families, schools, external providers, and district departments to resolve complex placement issues, monitor outcomes, and support transitions into and from external placements.
