Here, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact, drive innovation, and help shape the future of cannabis.About The RoleAs a Director Of Operations, you will oversee day-to-day "make and deliver" functions, including cultivation, manufacturing, logistics, inventory management, and facilities maintenance.

This position will lead and coach all site operations, ensuring alignment with strategic initiatives and business objectives.
