Established and growing $1B+ AUM independent wealth management firm seeks a Director of Operations to support its next phase of growth. This role will oversee the client service and operations teams while partnering closely with leadership to refine processes, improve efficiency, and strengthen the firm’s operational infrastructure.

What You Bring
- Bachelor's Degree
- Operations experience within wealth management or financial services
- Strong understanding of broker-dealer or RIA environments
- Ability to improve processes and lead teams effectivelySeries 7, 63, and/or 65 preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Must be within a 45-minute commute to the Tysons, VA area
