KPI Ownership & Scorecard Management

- Champion an 80/20 CI culture; facilitate Kaizen, root cause analysis, and corrective actions; mentor Supervisors and Line Leads to build internal CI capability
- Drive Lean tools (VSM, 3S, standard work, TPM, flow) as embedded practices — not events; partner with Engineering on manufacturability and automation roadmap execution
- Mentor Supervisors and Line Leads to become capable problem-solvers; build internal CI capability over time
- Partner with Process & Automation Engineering on manufacturability improvements and automation roadmap execution
Quality, Compliance & Financial Oversight
