Director of Operations Support – Financial Securities and Annuities

Under the supervision of the COO, direct and design training and support for Company’s Retirement Services, Asset Management, TPA services, Quality Control, and Provider Management areas. Plan the strategic direction of these areas and ensure the quality of the teams’ service and processing.

• Work with team members, COO, and other Operations Directors and Managers to continuously improve work processes, deliver quality services, and meet the needs of internal and external customers.
• Collaborate with department supervisors to enhance processes and efficiencies within each department.
• Partner with supervisors to improve the accuracy of processing.

Series 6 and 26 or 7 and 24 or Series 99 License required.

This is a full‑time, long‑term opportunity and is accessible by public transportation.
