Director Of OperationsWe are seeking a Director of Operations to lead and integrate multiple operations teams and departments at a client site in South Windsor, CT. This role is responsible for translating operations strategy into short- and long-term execution plans, establishing a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring productivity, quality, safety, and on-time delivery objectives are met. The Director of Operations will oversee multiple managers and departments, drive LEAN initiatives, manage budgets and forecasting, and partner cross-functionally to deliver value to both the organization and its clients.
