This role oversees Front of House and Back of House Directors and ensures alignment across departments to deliver operational excellence, financial stewardship, and remarkable guest experiences.Seminole Woods is designed for speed, consistency, and operational precision. The Director of Operations is responsible for developing leaders, refining systems, and ensuring that strategic priorities are translated into disciplined execution at the store level.This role reports directly to senior leadership and works in alignment with Shared Function Directors to ensure initiatives are fully implemented and sustained.This is a senior leadership role with significant influence over the restaurant's performance, culture, and long-term growth.
