Job Summary

The Director of Operations will lead the team at ScottsMiracle‑Gro Field, ensuring high standards of guest experience, safety, and financial performance. The role requires an experienced food and beverage leader who can coach staff, drive operational excellence, and build strong partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Proactively coach and motivate team members to deliver their best.
• Identify opportunities and drive continual improvement in location operations.
• Build strong partnerships with location partners, regional and Home Office leadership.
• Deliver against financial goals and budgets, reviewing financial reports and developing action plans.
• Represent Levy’s business objectives at partner meetings, networking events, and vendor relationships.
• Oversee safety and sanitation standards across all activities.
• Lead the development of the location’s food story and guest experience.
• Conduct performance reviews, career development planning, and compensation reviews.
• Interview applicants for hiring consideration and approval.
• Collaborate with culinary leadership on menu development and operational enhancements.
• Oversee season planning, ensuring alignment with Levy and partner expectations.
• Manage the team recognition program "Levy Legends".
• Conduct building safety walks and implement corrective action as needed.
• Lead coaching and mentoring of future talent within the location.
• Close payroll on a bi‑weekly basis.
• Plan budget and P&L management to support optimal financial achievement.
• Act as a figurehead for Levy’s Work of Change initiative, promoting diversity and inclusion.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 5+ years of leadership experience in hospitality or retail.
• High level of computer literacy.
• Understanding of financial concepts.
• Passion for hospitality, food, and retail.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
