Campus, Inc. is seeking a Director of Operations in Tribeca, NY to lead and continuously improve the Financial Aid and student financial experience operations. Reporting to the COO, you will optimize day-to-day processes, reduce bottlenecks, and design scalable workflows while partnering with Product and Engineering.
You will build and mentor managers, leverage data to drive decisions, and expand ownership as Campus grows, maintaining a proactive, results-driven approach.
