We’re a boutique Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) firm serving a select group of high-net-worth households and corporate retirement plans. With a close-knit team of professionals, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service, transparent investment management, and a personal approach to wealth and retirement planning.

As we grow, we’re looking for a Director of Operations who can lead our internal systems, improve workflows, and help us scale efficiently while maintaining our high-touch service model.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee core systems, including CRM (Redtail), performance reporting (Orion), financial planning (eMoney), and billing platforms
• Manage billing processes across individual and retirement plan clients — ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and transparency
• Lead process improvement efforts — streamline workflows, document SOPs, and introduce scalable solutions
• Train and support team members on systems and operations best practices
• Coordinate with custodians and third-party partners to support onboarding, maintenance, and reporting
• Ensure data accuracy across platforms and maintain compliance with internal standards

What We’re Looking For:

• 4+ years of experience in RIA operations, financial services, or retirement plan administration
• Strong familiarity with RIA tech tools and custodial platforms
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a small, entrepreneurial team
• Able to manage multiple responsibilities in a hands-on, dynamic role
