• Directbusinessstrategyoperationsacrossmultipleregionstoensureprojectsareexecutedsafely,efficiently,andinaccordancewithcompanyobjectives.
• AligntheGeneralManagerandRegionalManagersaroundoperationalprioritization,workforcestrategy,andresourceoptimizationtosupportenterpriseobjectives.
• Directoperationalperformance,projectschedules,budgets,forecasts,andcostcontrols.
• Developandimplementoperationalprocesses,procedures,andperformancemetrics.
• Ensurecompliancewithallsafety,quality,environmental,andregulatoryrequirements.
• Reviewandapproveoperationalplans,capitalexpenditures,andmajorprojectinitiatives.
• Provideleadership,guidance,andsupporttooperationalmanagementteams.
• Drivecontinuousimprovementinitiativesacrossallregionsanddepartments.

DesiredQualifications:

• 10+years'experienceinutilityconstruction,constructionmanagement,engineering,inrelatedindustries.
• Bachelor'sdegreeinConstructionManagement,ElectricalEngineering,orrelatedfieldpreferred.
• Experiencemanagingmultiplelocations,departments,orbusinessunits.
• Strongunderstandingofprojectmanagement,financialreporting,budgeting,andoperationalcontrols.
• ExperiencewithERPsystemsandbusinessprocessimprovements.
• ProficientintheuseofMicrosoftOfficeandstandardcomputerapplications.
• Demonstratedleadership,communication,andorganizationalskills.
• Abilitytoidentifyoperationalchallengesandimplementeffectivesolutions.
• Travelrequiredbasedonoperationalclientandbusinessneeds.
