There are plenty of Director roles where you inherit an operation, keep the wheels turning and report the numbers.

This isn't one of them.

I'm partnered with a growing national utility services business looking to add senior operational leadership as they continue to scale across the US.

I'm looking for someone who knows utility field operations — large-scale AMI/meter deployments, distributed field teams, demanding utility customers and the commercial responsibility that comes with running major programs.

The Need

• Lead large-scale, multi-state utility field operations
• Oversee PMs, Field Operations Managers, Supervisors and field teams
• Own safety, productivity, quality and operational performance
• Manage budgets, margins and P&L
• Lead new program mobilizations and improve existing operations
• Build senior relationships with utility customers
• Help scale the operation as the business continues to grow

Who fits?

You’ll come from the utility services/contracting market , ideally with significant AMI, AMR, smart metering or meter deployment experience.

Director, Regional Director, GM, Program Director, VP Operations — the title matters less than what you've actually run.

Water + Gas + Electric experience? We definitely need to talk.
