Director of Operations

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations of a quick service restaurant.
• Ensure compliance with company standards in production, preparation, customer relations, maintenance and repair, inventory management, team and recruiting, financial accountability.
• Deliver high quality products and services to customers.
• Collaborate with six high‑level leaders to manage operations and share responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Previous management or leadership experience, or a college degree.
• Minimum age of 21 years old.

Compensation & Hours

• Starting pay: $22 per hour.
• Hours: 40–45 per week.
• Restaurant is closed on Sundays.
