What You’ll Do:

• Lead strategic planning with senior leadership
• Oversee operations, budgets, logistics, and compliance
• Build and mentor a high-performing team
• Enhance supply chain and vendor relationships
• Integrate systems to improve productivity and support data-driven decisions
• Ensure quality, safety, and continuous improvement

What We're Looking For:

• 10+ years in senior operations leadership
• Strong grasp of ERP/WMS systems, KPIs, and analytics
• FDA import/export knowledge (cosmetics industry experience a plus)
• Proven track record of streamlining operations and boosting efficiency
• Bilingual in Japanese is a plus
