Director of OperationsThe Director of Operations is responsible for leading all operational activities across a defined territory, ensuring the efficient production, quality control, and delivery of liquid de-icing products. This role oversees Regional Managers and their associated manufacturing facilities, driving performance, consistency, and scalability across all sites.This leader will own the full operational lifecycle, from production planning and inventory management to logistics execution and customer delivery, ensuring best-in-class service, speed, and reliability.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational LeadershipOversee all day-to-day operations across multiple brine manufacturing facilities within the assigned territoryLead and develop Regional Managers, ensuring alignment with company goals, KPIs, and operational standardsDrive a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement across all locationsStandardize processes across facilities to ensure consistency in production, quality, and deliveryProduction & Supply ChainEnsure all facilities meet production targets and maintain appropriate inventory levelsOversee raw material sourcing, storage, and usage to optimize cost and efficiencyImplement forecasting and production planning based on seasonal demand and customer commitmentsMonitor and improve overall performanceLogistics & DeliveryOversee delivery operations including bulk transport, route optimization, and fleet utilizationEnsure on-time, accurate delivery of product to customers across the territoryPartner with logistics teams to scale delivery capabilities as the business growsOptimize cost per gallon delivered while maintaining service qualityQuality & ComplianceEnsure all products meet internal quality standards and customer expectationsEnforce safety protocols and regulatory compliance across all facilities and operationsImplement quality control processes and continuous improvement initiativesConduct regular audits of facilities, processes, and outputsFinancial PerformanceOwn the operational P&L for the territory, including cost management and margin optimizationIdentify opportunities to reduce cost, increase efficiency, and improve profitabilityManage budgets for labor, materials, transportation, and capital expendituresRequirementsQualifications3–5+ years of operations leadership experience, preferably in manufacturing, logistics, or industrial productionExperience managing multi-site operations and leading leaders (Regional Managers or equivalent)Strong background in supply chain, production planning, and logistics optimizationProven ability to scale operations and build high-performing teamsFinancial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L responsibilityExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsWhat Success Looks LikeFacilities operate at high efficiency with minimal downtimeDeliveries are consistently on time and within cost targetsRegional Managers are developed, accountable, and high performingOperations scale seamlessly to meet seasonal spikes and growth
