You bridge the gap between corporate vision and field execution.Strategic Multi-Unit Oversight: Lead a team of District Managers to achieve excellence across your patch.

You are responsible for the regions total P&L, EBITDA, and market share.Cultivate a Leadership Pipeline: You are a talent architect. Your primary goal is to identify, mentor, and promote the next generation of multi-unit leaders.Operational Innovation: Identify regional trends and implement scalable solutions to improve throughput, reduce waste, and enhance the guest experience.Brand Integrity: Ensure 100% compliance with brand standards, food safety protocols, and guest service metrics. You set the bar for what "excellence" looks like in the Mid-Atlantic.Expansion & NSOs: Partner with the development team to oversee new store openings and market entries across the DMV and beyond.What You Bring to the TableExperience: 5+ years of executive leadership (Director level or high-level Multi-Unit) in a high-volume QSR or Fast-Casual environment.
