Consultant | Personal Care Contract Manufacturing

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in Bulk Manufacturing, Compounding, Engineering and Production within Personal Care Contract Manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations, process engineering and equipment maintenance.

• Implement process improvements to drive cost efficiencies and production.

• Manage Safety procedures, Quality Assurance and cGMP Compliance.

• Provide leadership to large teams including Engineering, Production and Compounding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• Lean Six Sigma
• 10+ years of relevant experience
• Industry knowledge in Color Cosmetics, Skincare or similar products.
