Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute operational and commercial strategy to support business growth and market share expansion
- Lead improvements in safety, delivery performance, production efficiency, quality and supply chain
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements

Candidate Profile
- At least a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or related field
- 10+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing industry.
- Proven success in operational strategy, P&L management and driving profitability
- Strong understanding of industry regulations and compliance standards
- Skilled in Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement methodologies
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities
