Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of six operations professionals.
- Oversee daily operations, including deal processing, payments, reporting, and workflow management.
- Manage operational systems, software integrations, and third-party vendors.
- Troubleshoot operational and system issues to ensure business continuity.
- Identify opportunities to improve, automate, and scale operational processes.
- Develop and maintain operational documentation and best practices.
- Partner with leadership to optimize operations and implement new technologies when beneficial.
- Evaluate the existing technology stack and recommend improved systems or processes where appropriate.
Job requirements
- Proven experience leading operations teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the merchant cash advance (MCA), alternative lending, or similar financial services industry is required .
- Demonstrated success improving processes and scaling operational functions.
- Strong leadership, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on approach with the ability to balance strategic thinking and day-to-day execution.
- Comfortable working across multiple operational systems, software integrations, and third-party platforms.
