Director of Operations Opportunity – Milwaukee, WI

We are partnering with a growing, high‑performing restaurant organization seeking an experienced Director of Operations to lead a large multi‑unit QSR market in the Milwaukee area.

This is a senior leadership role for a proven operator who thrives in fast‑paced environments, develops strong teams, and drives operational excellence across multiple locations.

• 10+ years of high-volume QSR leadership experience
• Must currently oversee or have overseen 30+ restaurant locations
• Strong background in people development, culture building, and operational execution
• Proven success driving sales, profitability, food safety, and guest experience metrics
• Experience leading District Managers and multi‑level operations teams
• Ability to influence, coach, and hold teams accountable while maintaining a positive culture

• Lead and support multi‑unit operations across a large market
• Develop high‑performing leadership teams
• Drive operational consistency and execution
• Partner with executive leadership on growth initiatives and business strategy
• Ensure strong financial performance and KPI accountability
• Champion culture, training, and guest satisfaction
