We’re looking for a proven electrical construction leader to take ownership of a growing Mission Critical division in Arizona . This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for someone who has successfully managed hyperscale/data center electrical projects, large teams, estimating, project financials, and operational strategy.
- 10+ years of electrical construction experience
- 10+ years of electrical estimating experience
- Experience managing projects in the $5M–$80M range
- Experience managing full electrical scope on major data center projects strongly preferred
- Accubid experience strongly preferred
- BSc/BA in construction management or related discipline preferred
What You'll Do: As Director of Operations, you’ll oversee a Mission Critical division managing:
- $5M–$80M electrical projects
- Teams of 15–30+ professionals
- Field Superintendents, General Foremen & field leadership
- Customer relationships and growth within the Mission Critical market
- Bonus Eligibility
- $600/Monthly Vehicle Allowance + 50% Mileage Reimbursement
- PTO
- Retirement
