The Director of Store Operations is a key member of our Leadership Team, responsible for developing General Managers, translating strategy into execution, improving store performance, and creating consistent experiences for our guests and teams across our 16+ locations.

You’ll coach and develop General Managers, strengthen operations, improve financial performance, and create consistency across every Heine Brothers location.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years leading multi-unit restaurant, retail, or hospitality operations
- Proven experience leading, coaching, and developing high-performing managers
- Strong financial and business acumen
- Experience managing sales, labor, COGS, and controllable expenses
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to balance high accountability with strong team support
- Experience creating consistency across multiple locations
- Experience leading change and driving continuous improvement
- EOS/Traction experience is a plus
