Role Purpose
Own plant results by leading production, maintenance, and facility operations, driving safe, efficient, and reliable execution through discipline, scalability, and continuous improvement.
What you’ll do
- Drive on-time production and capacity execution
- Lead safe, compliant operations in partnership with EHS
- Implement Lean daily management and problem-solving discipline
- Own cost, productivity, and budget performance
- Ensure process reliability, maintenance, and uptime
- Build and develop a high-performing operations team
- Lead with data: KPIs, accountability, and execution rigor
- Partner cross-functionally (Quality, Engineering, HR, Supply Chain, Finance)
- Support labor relations and workforce alignment
What we’re looking for
- Proven ability to run a plant and deliver results (safety, delivery, cost)
- Strong execution mindset: turns plans into outcomes
- Experience driving operational stability and performance improvement
- Comfortable leading in fast-paced, variable-demand environments
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 7+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing environments
- Experience leading multi-functional teams (production, engineering, maintenance)
