Job Description
The Director of Operations is the trusted advisor and organizational catalyst for iProspect’s leadership – amplifying executive impact, translating strategy into action, and ensuring the entire organization moves with clarity, focus, and urgency. This is not administrative support; it is operational leadership: architecting alignment, integrating priorities, and removing friction so teams deliver outcomes that matter.
This role will work closely with the CEO and executive leadership team to drive key initiatives across iProspect. The Director of Operations will coordinate operational efforts, support strategic priorities, and ensure leaders can focus on delivering exceptional client outcomes. They thrive in ambiguity, excel at execution, and perform at their best in fast‑moving environments.
What you'll be doing
- Run the Operating Rhythm
- Design and govern the leadership cadence (leadership meetings, weekly/quarterly business reviews, off‑sites, town halls, etc.), ensuring agendas, materials, pre‑reads, and follow‑ups drive decisions and accountability.
- Define and manage cross‑team workflows, timelines, and communications to land initiatives on time and to standard. Track action items, monitor deadlines, and ensure timely delivery of projects and initiatives.
- Create operating standards, templates, and tools that scale repeatable excellence across workstreams. Drive operational excellence by identifying inefficiencies, streamlining processes, and helping teams stay focused on high‑impact work.
- Executive Communications & Presentations – craft executive‑ready narratives and polished, on‑brand decks for internal and external forums. Combine data, story, and design to persuade and align; ensure adherence to dentsu/iProspect brand guidance and templates.
- Prepare briefing documents, talking points, and follow‑up notes that clarify decisions, actions, and ownership.
- Program Operations & Cross‑Functional Delivery – translate strategy into actionable roadmaps; sequence and resource work across all teams and stakeholders.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and act as the neutral integrator across teams, keeping the right people engaged at the right moments.
- Identify and implement process improvements that increase and improve quality, and transparency.
- CEO & ELT Partnership – serve as a thought partner to the CEO and ELT: anticipate issues, surface opportunities, and provide crisp recommendations.
- Execute ad‑hoc initiatives on behalf of leadership with discretion and urgency.
Professional Qualifications
- 5‑7+ years in operations, program management, or business management within fast‑paced tech/media environments; proven success leading multi‑workstream delivery.
- Knowledge of the media industry, competitive landscape and publisher ecosystem.
- Advanced proficiency in project management and collaboration tools; strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Presentation craftsmanship (PowerPoint) with a portfolio of executive‑level decks; familiarity with corporate brand standards and templates.
- Experience in a strategic support role, with a track record of driving strategic projects and cross‑functional execution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple workstreams.
- Business acumen and the ability to adapt to evolving priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced setting with a passion for solving operational challenges.
