Role Description

This role will build the operational foundation of the company, ensuring clarity, accountability, and execution across departments. You will partner directly with the founder to translate vision into actionable systems, operational structure, and scalable processes.

This is an opportunity to help architect and run a real estate machine — not just manage tasks.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Operations Management and optimizing workflows to drive efficiency
• Excellent Analytical Skills for evaluating data, solving problems, and defining metrics for success
• Proven experience in Team Management and the ability to motivate and lead diverse groups
• Expertise in Budgeting and financial planning to allocate resources effectively
• Strong Customer Service orientation to maintain professional and client‑focused relationships
• Ability to work collaboratively with leadership and cross‑functional teams
• Experience in the real estate or construction industry is a plus
• Experience at a large prop tech, re‑development firm or real estate investment company a HUGE plus
