Director of Operations

Seeking an experienced Director of Operations for a large hospitality venue featuring RV sites, cabins, event space, retail, and food and beverage operations.

This role will oversee day-to-day operations across all departments, ensuring consistent service standards and a positive guest experience throughout the property. The Director of Operations will lead and develop teams, establish and improve operational processes, manage vendor relationships, and work closely with clients and guests. The role will also partner with the CEO on strategic initiatives, including developing plans for potential expansion, overseeing renovations and special projects, and managing operational budgets.

The ideal candidate will have strong senior-level operations experience within the hospitality industry, with a solid understanding of service standards, property operations, and retail merchandising. A hands-on, guest-centric leadership style and the ability to work across multiple departments are essential. Local candidates strongly preferred.
