At our client Behavioral Health, we're looking for an experienced, results-driven Director of Operations to oversee the day-to-day operations of our growing organization. This leader will ensure our teams, systems, and processes operate efficiently while delivering an exceptional experience for families and staff.
What You'll Do
- Lead the daily operations of our behavioral health programs
- Manage and support department leaders and administrative teams
- Improve workflows, systems, and operational efficiency
- Monitor KPIs, productivity, scheduling, admissions, and performance metrics
- Partner with billing, admissions, HR, and clinical leadership to drive organizational success
- Oversee staffing, onboarding, training, and employee performance
- Ensure regulatory compliance and operational excellence
