- Perform day-to-day management of contract support operations, including multiple projects and personnel.
- Oversee fiscal, operational, and workforce delivery, including staffing and subcontractor performance.
- Drive operational cadence and corrective action plans for at-risk programs.
Qualifications
- 10-15 years of operations leadership in federal contracting, including P&L responsibility.
- Experience leading multiple programs and geographically distributed teams.
- Bachelor's degree required; PMP or ITIL certifications preferred.
