We're seeking a hands-on Director of Operations to lead a flagship manufacturing facility and drive operational excellence across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people development.
This is an opportunity for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, builds accountability through KPIs, and prefers to lead from the production floor and not behind a desk. We're looking for someone who is highly visible, engaged with the team, and leads by example.
What You'll Do
- Lead plant operations in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Establish and drive KPI systems to improve performance and accountability.
- Champion Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
- Partner across engineering, tooling, quality, and production to improve throughput, quality, and delivery.
- Maintain a strong floor presence, coaching teams and driving accountability.
- Build and develop a high-performing leadership team.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of manufacturing operations leadership experience.
- Strong experience implementing and managing operational KPIs.
- Background in tooling, metal stamping, precision manufacturing, or similar environments.
- Proven success with Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
- Hands-on leadership style with a passion for developing people and solving problems on the floor.
- Track record of leading change and improving quality and operational performance.
