We're partnered with a well-established GC looking to add a Director of Operations to help lead their growing Amazon-focused ground-up construction group across the Southeast.
This is a great opportunity for a strong Senior Project Manager or early Project Executive/Director ready to step into a larger leadership role while staying close to the work.
The Role:
- Oversee a team of 10-12 PMs, APMs, and Project Coordinators
- Lead delivery of ground-up Amazon, light industrial, warehouse, and cold storage projects
- Allocate teams and resources while supporting successful project delivery
- Partner with regional leadership and travel throughout the Southeast as needed
What They're Looking For:
- Strong GC background coming up through the project management side
- Senior PM, Project Executive, or early Director-level experience
- Light Industrial (warehouse, distribution, cold storage) ground-up construction experience required
- Proven ability to lead multiple project teams and develop people
