Director Of OperationsReports To: Chief Strategy OfficerJob Summary: The Director of Operations supervises multiple district managers and is responsible for overseeing the operations, performance, and profitability of 20 (and growing) gas and convenience store locations within the company and any food service operations within each store. This role ensures consistency in customer experience, operational excellence, financial performance, and compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
