Overview
We are seeking a Director of Operations to lead and scale a high-performing team of managers responsible for driving revenue across our creator roster. This is a hands‑on leadership position focused on accountability, performance management, and operational execution. You will directly oversee a team of ~8 managers, ensuring each team member is operating at a high level and consistently hitting targets.
Core Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Directly manage and develop a team of ~8 managers
- Set clear performance standards and enforce accountability across the team
- Run structured weekly 1:1s focused on pipeline, revenue, and execution gaps
- Identify underperformance quickly and implement corrective action plans
- Make decisive hiring and firing decisions to maintain a high-performing team
Revenue Ownership
- Own and be accountable for team-level revenue performance
- Monitor individual and team KPIs daily/weekly
- Step in to unblock deals, accelerate pipelines, and close revenue gaps
- Continuously refine processes to maximize output per manager
Operational Execution
- Build and optimize systems for tracking deals, outreach, and performance
- Ensure consistency in workflows across all managers
- Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions
- Partner with leadership on strategic initiatives and growth planning
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 10+ years of experience in operations, sales leadership, or people management
- Proven track record managing managers (not just individual contributors)
- Experience owning or directly impacting meaningful revenue targets
- Strong judgment in hiring, performance management, and team building
- Highly execution-focused with a bias toward action and accountability
- Comfortable operating in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments
