This is a full-time, onsite opportunity located in the Belton, Missouri area.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Lead all manufacturing operations to ensure production goals are achieved while meeting quality, cost, and delivery objectives.
  • Develop, manage, and execute the operating budget and manufacturing strategy to support business growth and customer expectations.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of manufacturing leaders, fostering accountability, employee development, and operational excellence.
  • Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve plant performance.
  • Oversee production planning, capacity management, and ERP-driven manufacturing processes to optimize plant operations.

What We Need From You

To be considered for this role, candidates must have the following experience and skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience in a production environment.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes including metal fabrication, painting and coating, and low-volume, high-mix assembly.
  • Experience working within an ERP environment, including MRP, production planning, scheduling, and capacity planning.
  • Demonstrated success implementing Lean Manufacturing tools and continuous improvement initiatives on the manufacturing floor.
  • Proven leadership experience managing, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.

The ideal candidate will also have any or all of the following preferred experience and skills:

  • Experience within vehicle manufacturing or other highly regulated manufacturing environments.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing products designed for first responder, emergency, or safety-focused applications.
  • Track record of driving operational improvements across multiple manufacturing functions.
