Director of Operations

Job Description – VP of Operations Unified Home Solutions, Division

We are seeking an experienced and strategic VP of Operations to lead our daily operations, drive business growth, and ensure long-term profitability. As the primary bridge between executive vision and frontline execution, you will oversee production of all field activities to ensure profitability and entry into new markets.

Core Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: Oversee day-to-day business activities of the insulation, garage door and replacement window businesses to ensure efficiency, productivity, and adherence to company standards.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement long-term growth strategies and actionable annual business plans aligned with the company’s mission.
• Financial Management: Ensure successful P&L performance by adhering to internal budgets and meeting and exceeding goals for profitability.
• Team Development: Recruit, onboard, and mentor high-performing field staff and subcontractors. Conduct periodic performance appraisals and foster professional growth through coaching.
• Process Improvement: Analyze operational data and KPIs to identify bottlenecks and implement innovative solutions for continuous improvement. Look for new opportunities within our industry to generate new streams of income.
• Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, vendors and subcontractors and sales and marketing and senior management.
