Your Impact as Director of Nursing

As the DON, you will play a critical leadership role in shaping clinical excellence and ensuring outstanding resident care. You will:

• Lead, mentor, and develop the nursing team to achieve the highest standards of care
• Oversee daily operations of the Nursing Services Department
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
• Partner closely with the Administrator and Medical Director to drive quality outcomes
• Maintain and enforce infection control, safety, and clinical best practices
• Foster a culture of accountability, compassion, and continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience (LTC/SNF strongly preferred)
• Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current CPR or BLS certification
• Proven leadership skills with a passion for patient-centered care
