Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Director of Nursing Services (DNS) to join our team at HireCare Services — Massachusetts in Shrewsbury, MA. As a Director of Nursing Services, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall quality and effectiveness of our nursing services, ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care in a safe and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of nursing services, including staffing, scheduling, and patient care coordination
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and standards of care to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of nursing services with other aspects of patient care
• Conduct regular quality assessments and quality improvement initiatives to drive continuous improvement and excellence in patient care
• Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to nursing staff to promote professional growth and development
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal reporting needs
• Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement strategic plans and goals to drive business growth and success

Requirements:

• Minimum Years of Experience: 5 Years
• Level of Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Nursing
