Director of Nursing (RN) - Lead Senior Care Excellence

Medicalodges is seeking a Nursing Director/Nurse Manager to lead recruitment, retention, and training of all nursing staff to ensure legal procedures, nursing laws, state and federal regulations are met and quality of care is provided to residents.

The role includes supervising scheduling, coordinating nursing activities across shifts, and advising on admissions, budgets, and supplies to support resident care and regulatory compliance.
