Position Overview
As the Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for overseeing all nursing operations within the facility, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while maintaining the highest standards of resident care. You will play a critical part in staff development, quality improvement, survey readiness, and fostering a culture of accountability, compassion, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities
- Direct and oversee all nursing services within the facility
- Ensure compliance with all clinical policies and regulatory requirements
- Lead and mentor nursing staff, including Unit Managers, RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
- Monitor quality measures and implement performance improvement initiatives
- Oversee staffing, scheduling, and labor management
