Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement nursing strategies to achieve facility goals and objectives

• Provide leadership and direction to the Nursing team, promoting a culture of excellence and collaboration

Requirements:

• Current RN license a

• Strong leadership and management skills with experience leading a Nursing team

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
