What You’ll Do

• Provide strategic clinical leadership and oversight


• Ensure regulatory compliance and survey readiness


• Mentor, develop, and inspire nursing staff


• Drive quality improvement initiatives and positive outcomes


• Foster a collaborative, resident‑first culture

What We’re Looking For

• Active RN license


• Proven leadership experience in LTC/SNF as a Director of Nursing


• Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations


• Passion for staff development and clinical excellence


• Commitment to compassionate, high‑quality care
