We are a standalone Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation community in the Charlotte market seeking an experienced Registered Nurse leader to serve as our next Director of Nursing (DON).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all nursing operations for the facility
• Drive clinical quality measures and regulatory compliance
• Maintain survey readiness and infection prevention standards
• Mentor, coach, and develop nursing leadership and floor staff
• Partner closely with the Administrator and interdisciplinary team
• Improve staff retention, engagement, and accountability
• Ensure exceptional resident and family communication
• Support admissions, clinical systems, and care coordination

What We're Looking For

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
• Prior Director of Nursing experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of CMS regulations, surveys, QA, and reimbursement systems
• Proven ability to lead teams, improve culture, and drive accountability
• Hands-on leadership style with strong clinical judgment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for resident-centered care and hospitality-driven service
