Director of Nursing – OR Operations & Patient Care

Upper Bay Surgery Center seeks a Director of Nursing to lead day-to-day OR operations and drive process improvements for patient care and experience. The role reports to the Administrator and emphasizes fiscal accountability, policy development, and staff performance evaluation.
