The Medical Suites at Oak Creek is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (RN) to lead our nursing team in a fast‑paced short‑term rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for all nursing operations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and survey readiness.
• Lead Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement initiatives.
• Oversee infection prevention and clinical quality programs.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop nursing leaders and staff.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and labor resources.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to achieve exceptional resident outcomes.
• Foster a positive, accountable, and engaged clinical culture.

Qualifications

• Current Wisconsin Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Previous Director of Nursing experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility is strongly preferred.
• Experience leading a fast‑paced short‑term rehabilitation and post‑acute program.
• Strong knowledge of CMS regulations, survey processes, and Quality Measures.
• Proven leadership in staff development, clinical operations, and quality improvement.
