The DON must have the ability to listen, understand and communicate effectively with team members, residents and their families. The expected starting salary for this position is competitive and based on experience. We also offer a robust benefits package. FT employees earn four weeks of PTO per year and have access to 5 days (40 hours) of PTO upon hire. In addition, we offer a low-cost HSA plan, free meals, and access to our gorgeous, state-of-the-art fitness center and saltwater pool.## Qualifications**Requirements**:* A deep knowledge and understanding or willingness to be trained on relevant regulations* A valid Virginia RN nursing license in good standing* 3-5 years of experience in a senior living or critical care environment* UAI and ISP certified or willingness to obtain certifications
