Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Director of Nursing to lead our nursing team in providing exceptional care to residents in our nursing home facility. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with a strong clinical background, capable of overseeing the nursing department, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a culture of excellence in patient care. Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid state license.


• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing or a related field preferred


• Proven experience in a leadership role within a nursing home or long‑term care setting.


• Strong clinical knowledge and expertise in geriatric nursing.


• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to make informed decisions in a fast‑paced and challenging healthcare environment.
