- Administer and manage Nursing Services to residents in accordance with physician orders and residents’ total needs
- Provide 24-hour supervision of Nursing Services
- Direct the Nursing Department to maintain quality standards of care
- Assume responsibility for center operations in the absence of the Administrator
- Support quality care and nursing leadership within the assisted living and memory care center
Requirements
- Passion for working with seniors

- Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state in which you are practicing
- Associate or bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing school preferred
- Prior experience in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting required
- Two years of experience in a nurse supervisory role required
- Professional image in appearance and behavior
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
